I’ve been thinking about an concept being promoted at the moment. It’s about sharing the cost of pre-auction builder’s reports on a property with other prospective purchasers.

Here’s the scenario … the vendor of a property that is being auctioned provides a builder’s report in the auction pack – but you, as a prospective purchaser, want to get your own. This is the third time you have had a report prepared on a property you want to bid on and the cost is becoming an issue.
I appreciate sales agents must offer a selection of three property inspection companies – no issue with that.
