BuildQual‘s team of professionals will complete a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the entire house, to enable us to provide you with a full property report. In this report, we will explain any structural issues, major and minor repair work, and any other problems that we detect.
When we run a pre-purchase building inspection, our qualified inspectors cover the entire dwelling, working methodically through a detailed checklist.

What if the house I’m purchasing needs repair work?
You don’t need to be alarmed when you see our pre-purchase building inspection report. The purpose of our assessments is not to discourage you from buying a home that requires some remedial work, but to show you exactly what needs to be done, and enable a discussion to begin. From there, you can make a decision about purchasing the house in question, based on factual data. You will also be able to share this report with your bank and/or insurance company, if required.
